Adult Entertainment Virtual Convention to Host Performer Roundtable

LOS ANGELES A hand-selected group of performers will be chatting about branding, social media and fan interaction at the second annual Adult Entertainment Virtual Convention.

The event starts today at 2 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. EST.

It's called Social Media and Branding: Performers’ Perspectives and it will bring together Penthouse Pet and SexSquad show host Jayden Cole, Penthouse Pet of the Year Nicole Aniston, DTFRadio show host Sinnamon Love and BBW performer and marketing consultant Kelly Shibari in a roundtable discussion about the use of social media and alternate methods to create brand identity for performers in the current Internet consumer space.

Presented by Utherverse’s Red Light Center, various adult industry professionals, enthusiasts and fans will gather together in a 3D virtual environment to attend seminars and visit virtual booths, much like a standard convention format.

Attendees participate via highly customizable avatars that navigate and interact in the realistic virtual world.

Audio, video and chat capabilities, as well as virtual sex, add to the immersive nature of the event and can be enjoyed from the comfort of the attendees’ homes.

Registration to AEVC is free.

Running daily from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST, this year’s AEVC will kick off the show with industry only days on Feb. 20 and 21. The AEVC show floor, which features virtual booths from various companies and performers, will also be open to the public on Feb. 21 and remain open until the closing party wraps up on Feb. 23.

Industry personnel and fans can register to attend AEVC here.
